SUMMARY:From Influence to Impact: How Women Change Systems
DESCRIPTION:From Influence to Impact: How Women Change Systems\nA free live webinar with Dr Sam Collins.\nInfluencing a person can change a conversation. Changing a system can change thousands of lives.\nMuch of the leadership conversation focuses on influence: how to be heard\, how to persuade\, how to build confidence\, how to get a seat at the table. These things matter\, but they are not enough. \nThe future is not changed only by individual influence. It is changed when systems shift. \nSystems shape who gets hired\, promoted\, funded\, believed\, protected\, included and listened to. Systems shape whether organisations reward courage or compliance\, whether businesses serve society as well as shareholders\, whether communities have access to resources\, and whether brilliant ideas are allowed to become real change. \nThis Choose Freedom Global Conversation explores how women move from influence to impact. It asks how women can create change not only by succeeding within existing structures\, but by changing the conditions that affect many people. That may mean challenging outdated workplace norms\, redesigning how teams operate\, building more inclusive businesses\, shifting community narratives\, changing funding priorities\, or bringing a new kind of leadership into industries and institutions that need to evolve. \nFor women in corporate life\, this is a vital conversation. Businesses and corporations are among the most powerful forces shaping the modern world. They influence how people work\, what gets valued\, how money moves\, what technologies are built\, what cultures are normalised and what futures become possible. Changing business is not separate from changing the world. In many cases\, it is one of the most direct ways to do it. \nFor entrepreneurs\, social innovators and community leaders\, this conversation offers a way to think beyond individual projects and towards wider patterns of change. How do ideas spread? How do people organise around a new possibility? How do we create conditions where change lasts after the first moment of inspiration has passed? \nIn this conversation we will explore \n\nThe difference between influence\, impact and systemic change.\nWhy changing people is often less powerful than changing the conditions around people.\nHow women can influence organisational culture\, business practice and wider social systems.\nWhy corporations are crucial arenas for future-shaping change.\nHow ideas spread across teams\, organisations\, communities and movements.\nWhat change leaders do when they encounter resistance\, complexity or slow progress.\n\n\nParticularly relevant for: Women leading teams\, projects\, culture change\, inclusion\, innovation or strategy inside organisations; founders and entrepreneurs who want their work to create wider value; and those working in social change\, public service\, education\, health\, policy or community leadership who want to understand how lasting impact happens. \nRegister directly on Zoom HERE (No Cost)

SUMMARY:Choose Freedom - The Future Needs You Now
DESCRIPTION:Dr Sam Collins only UK In-Person Evening Event this Year\nWhat if the most important conversation you have this year is not about your next promotion\, your five year plan or your personal brand? \nOn the evening of 16th October\, just 25 people will gather in the beautiful Bedouin tent at the Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in the heart of the City of London for an evening of vision\, courage and action. \nThis is not a conference. It is not a networking event. And it is certainly not another evening of exchanging business cards with people you will never speak to again. \nThis is a gathering for women who care deeply about the future and are prepared to help shape it. \nTogether\, we will explore one question: \nWhat future are we prepared to stand for? \n\nThe future of business.\nThe future of our communities.\nThe future of leadership.\nThe future of democracy.\nThe future of technology\, ethics and AI.\nThe future of our environment.\nThe future of equality\, justice and human dignity.\nThe future we will leave to the next generation.\n\nWe are looking for those who are already making a difference and want to do more. \nLeaders. Managers. Founders. Activists. Researchers. Educators. Creatives. Community builders. Campaigners. Those working in corporations\, small business\, charities\, public service\, philanthropy and grassroots movements. People who are asking not only how they can succeed\, but what they are here to contribute. \nThroughout the evening\, every participant will have the opportunity to share the future they are prepared to stand for\, the change they are already helping to create and the support\, connections or collaborations that could accelerate their impact. \nThis is a chance to have your voice heard. To connect with others who care about the same questions. To discover opportunities for collaboration. To offer support. To ask for help and to leave with new ideas\, stronger connections and renewed determination. \nBecause the future will not be shaped by those who wait for permission. It will be shaped by those who show up for it. \nPlaces are limited to 20. \nEvening Agenda\n6.00pm | Arrivals and Informal Networking\nGuests are welcome to arrive from 6.00pm onwards. Please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy during the evening. \n6.30pm | Welcome and Introduction\nDr Sam Collins introduces the evening and the central question. \n7.00pm | The Call\nParticipants are invited to briefly share: \n\nThe future you are prepared to stand for\nThe change you are helping to create\nThe support\, connections or collaborations that could accelerate your impact\n\n8.00pm | Collective Conversations\nA facilitated opportunity to offer help\, ideas\, encouragement and support to eachother. \n8.30pm | Commitments and Next Steps\nReflections\, new connections and practical actions to take forward beyond the evening. \n9.00pm | Networking to 9.30pm \n\n\nGroup Discounts\nBring your friend\, family member or colleague. SUMMARY:The Ripple Effect: Creating Change in Life\, Work and World
DESCRIPTION:The Ripple Effect: Creating Change in Life\, Work and World\nA free live webinar with Dr Sam Collins.\n\nNone of us has to change the whole world. Every one of us can influence the worlds we touch. \nMany women care deeply about the future. Many want to make a difference. Many are already making one\, although they may not always recognise the scale of their influence. \nThe Ripple Effect is a conversation about how change actually happens. Not the polished version that appears in history books after the outcome is clear\, but the real version: one conversation\, one decision\, one act of courage\, one refusal\, one new possibility\, one person choosing not to look away. \nIn a world of enormous challenges\, it is easy to believe that our own actions are too small to matter. Yet movements\, businesses\, cultural shifts and social change rarely begin at full scale. They begin as ripples. A different question in a meeting. A new way of leading a team. A business decision that values people and planet as well as profit. A community initiative. A story told truthfully. A young person encouraged. A door opened. A pattern interrupted. \nThis Choose Freedom Global Conversation brings the series into action. It explores how women create ripple effects through their work\, leadership\, businesses\, families\, networks\, communities and everyday choices. It asks what becomes possible when women stop waiting for perfect circumstances\, permission\, authority or certainty\, and begin where they are. \nFor women in business and corporate contexts\, the ripple effect is not soft or sentimental. It is strategic. A leader who changes the way decisions are made can affect a whole team. A woman who speaks up about culture can shift what becomes acceptable. A founder who builds differently can influence a market. A senior leader who uses power responsibly can open opportunities for many others.\nFor women in community\, entrepreneurial and social change contexts\, the ripple effect reminds us that transformation is not always linear\, visible or immediate. The work we do can travel further than we know\, especially when it is connected to a larger movement\, shared language and collective courage. \nIn this conversation we will explore:\n• How small actions create wider change across life\, work and world.\n• Why leadership is not limited to position\, title or formal authority.\n• How corporate decisions\, team cultures and business practices create ripple effects across society.\n• How entrepreneurs\, community leaders and change-makers can amplify their impact.\n• How women can connect personal agency with collective action.\n• How the Choose Freedom movement can become a living practice\, not just an inspiring idea. \nParticularly relevant for: Women who want to translate ideas into action\, whether inside companies\, through their own businesses\, in communities\, through public service\, in social impact work or in the everyday places where culture is shaped. \nRegister directly on Zoom HERE (No Cost)

SUMMARY:Pioneering the Future - A Leadership Retreat for Life\, Work and World Change
DESCRIPTION:The First Aspire Retreat with Dr Sam Collins\nThis retreat is designed for women who are: \n\nSenior leaders\, directors and executives navigating change and complexity.\nProfessionals seeking greater influence\, impact and fulfilment.\nEntrepreneurs and business owners building something meaningful.\nChange makers leading transformation within organisations or wider communities and society.\nWomen preparing for a significant career\, leadership\, work or life transition.\nThose who want to contribute to something larger than themselves.\n\nWhy Organisations Support Attendance:\nForward thinking organisations recognise that leadership development is no longer simply about technical expertise. The ability to lead through uncertainty\, inspire change\, foster innovation\, build inclusive cultures and think strategically about the future has become essential. The Aspire Pioneer Retreat helps participants strengthen these capabilities while gaining fresh perspectives\, wider networks and practical approaches that can be transferred back into their organisations. \n\nAgenda:\nArrivals | Monday 7th December 2026\nYou are welcome to arrive any time after 1pm. Settle\, connect\, walk the grounds\, enjoy the setting and begin to step out of the pace of everyday life.  Dinner at 6pm and an opening conversation to set the tone for the days ahead. \nRetreat Day 1 | Tuesday 8th December 2026 \nWe will explore integrated health\, vitality and sustainable performance as foundations for effective leadership\, better decision-making\, resilience under pressure and long term personal and professional impact. \nWe will focus on the part of leadership many people avoid because it is so close to home. We look at the mental\, emotional and social patterns that quietly shape our performance\, work and our lives. We explore the invisible contracts many women have made with themselves. To be strong all the time. To be available all the time. To prove themselves repeatedly. To put everyone else first. We examine what those patterns have given us and what they may now be costing us. \nWe will explore integrated health\, vitality\, sustainable performance and how we resource ourselves to hold ambition\, love\, laughter and joy at the same time. This day is about creating a stronger foundation for the life\, work and world contribution you are here to make. \n\nRestore and sustain physical\, emotional and cognitive energy levels for work performance\, health and longevity.\nTransform emotions of guilt\, fear\, worry\, boredom\, loneliness or irritation that hold you back.\nNavigate workload and competing demands\, restore energy\, reduce tiredness\, exhaustion and burnout.\nDevelop mastery in time leadership and prioritisation.\nBuild a rhythm of work that is aligned with your biology\, life stage and personal values.\nConnect with yourself again and find a sense of balance that is not static\, but dynamic\, free and responsive.\n\nRetreat Day 2 | Wednesday 9th December 2026\nThe second day turns to your work\, stepping into greater leadership\, influence and visibility or recognising that you are at a turning point and need to think differently about your work\, business or career future. We will figure out what that looks like\, what is in the way and the gap between what you are capable of and what you are currently doing. We will also ask bigger questions. Do you want to advance? Pivot? Build something new? Move into work that is more aligned with what matters most to you? This is where you get clearer on your direction and determine the decisions needed to move forward. \n\nGain clarity on your next bold leadership\, career or business step and identify opportunities to increase your strategic impact\, influence organisational culture\, drive innovation and contribute at a higher level within your organisation.\nDefine success beyond expectations and shape a future work life that reflects who you truly are.\nExplore the possibility that the next level of success may not come from working harder but from becoming more visible\, more courageous and more fully yourself.\nUncover the patterns that limit your growth and replace them with conscious\, expansive choices.\nLead from radical authenticity\, ethics and inner authority and shift how others experience and respond to you.\nConnect with your purpose and transform your work or business into a source of meaningful and purpose driven impact.\n\nRetreat Day 3 | Thursday December 10th 2026\nThe final day widens the lens. Many leadership programmes ask how women can succeed within existing systems. We ask a different question: what systems need to change and what role will you play in changing them? \nWe are living through a time of business and global complexity and fragility. We feel a deep pull towards change but do not always know how to translate that into action. Together\, we explore the causes and issues that matter most to you\, the future you will help shape and the practical role you can play within that. Not as a fantasy\, not as a distant idea but something real\, thoughtful and possible. The retreat ends with tangible plans\, commitments and a knowing of how your life\, work and world connect to the change you want to create. We will close with a fun time of celebration drinks and food at Cafe Habana in Malibu. \nThe day will be formed around three questions: \n\nWhat is actually happening in the world (truth)\nWhat could be possible for you (vision)\nWhat can you do about it (agency)\n\n\nPursue a calling towards changing cultures and systems\, not just succeeding within them.\nInfluence corporate culture\, equity and inclusion at a deeper level and engage with wider societal issues.\nChallenge existing norms and ask better\, braver questions.\nDevelop your bold points of view\, platform of influence and ability to challenge the status quo.\nDetermine what meaning\, contribution and legacy really is for you and future generations.\nBecome a credible\, resourceful change agent who influences people\, culture and systems over time.\n\nDepartures | Friday 11th December 2026\nBreakfast\, enjoy the grounds or visit the beach or shops. Time to leave thoughtfully\, with way more clarity\, new friends and peace than when you arrived.
