SUMMARY:Pioneering the Future - A Leadership Retreat for Life\, Work and World Change
DESCRIPTION:The First Aspire Retreat\n8th December – 10th December (arrival 7th December and departure 11th December).\nIdeal For:\nThis retreat is designed for women who are: \n\nSenior leaders\, directors and executives navigating change and complexity.\nProfessionals seeking greater influence\, impact and fulfilment.\nEntrepreneurs and business owners building something meaningful.\nChange makers leading transformation within organisations or wider communities and society.\nWomen preparing for a significant career\, leadership\, work or life transition.\nThose who want to contribute to something larger than themselves.\n\nWhy Organisations Support Attendance:\nForward thinking organisations recognise that leadership development is no longer simply about technical expertise. The ability to lead through uncertainty\, inspire change\, foster innovation\, build inclusive cultures and think strategically about the future has become essential. The Aspire Pioneer Retreat helps participants strengthen these capabilities while gaining fresh perspectives\, wider networks and practical approaches that can be transferred back into their organisations. \n\nAgenda:\nArrivals | Monday 7th December 2026\nYou are welcome to arrive any time after 1pm. Settle\, connect\, walk the grounds\, enjoy the setting and begin to step out of the pace of everyday life.  Dinner at 6pm and an opening conversation to set the tone for the days ahead. \nRetreat Day 1 | Tuesday 8th December 2026 \nWe will explore integrated health\, vitality and sustainable performance as foundations for effective leadership\, better decision-making\, resilience under pressure and long term personal and professional impact. \nWe will focus on the part of leadership many people avoid because it is so close to home. We look at the mental\, emotional and social patterns that quietly shape our performance\, work and our lives. We explore the invisible contracts many women have made with themselves. To be strong all the time. To be available all the time. To prove themselves repeatedly. To put everyone else first. We examine what those patterns have given us and what they may now be costing us. \nWe will explore integrated health\, vitality\, sustainable performance and how we resource ourselves to hold ambition\, love\, laughter and joy at the same time. This day is about creating a stronger foundation for the life\, work and world contribution you are here to make. \n\nRestore and sustain physical\, emotional and cognitive energy levels for work performance\, health and longevity.\nTransform emotions of guilt\, fear\, worry\, boredom\, loneliness or irritation that hold you back.\nNavigate workload and competing demands\, restore energy\, reduce tiredness\, exhaustion and burnout.\nDevelop mastery in time leadership and prioritisation.\nBuild a rhythm of work that is aligned with your biology\, life stage and personal values.\nConnect with yourself again and find a sense of balance that is not static\, but dynamic\, free and responsive.\n\nRetreat Day 2 | Wednesday 9th December 2026\nThe second day turns to your work\, stepping into greater leadership\, influence and visibility or recognising that you are at a turning point and need to think differently about your work\, business or career future. We will figure out what that looks like\, what is in the way and the gap between what you are capable of and what you are currently doing. We will also ask bigger questions. Do you want to advance? Pivot? Build something new? Move into work that is more aligned with what matters most to you? This is where you get clearer on your direction and determine the decisions needed to move forward. \n\nGain clarity on your next bold leadership\, career or business step and identify opportunities to increase your strategic impact\, influence organisational culture\, drive innovation and contribute at a higher level within your organisation.\nDefine success beyond expectations and shape a future work life that reflects who you truly are.\nExplore the possibility that the next level of success may not come from working harder but from becoming more visible\, more courageous and more fully yourself.\nUncover the patterns that limit your growth and replace them with conscious\, expansive choices.\nLead from radical authenticity\, ethics and inner authority and shift how others experience and respond to you.\nConnect with your purpose and transform your work or business into a source of meaningful and purpose driven impact.\n\nRetreat Day 3 | Thursday December 10th 2026\nThe final day widens the lens. Many leadership programmes ask how women can succeed within existing systems. We ask a different question: what systems need to change and what role will you play in changing them? \nWe are living through a time of business and global complexity and fragility. We feel a deep pull towards change but do not always know how to translate that into action. Together\, we explore the causes and issues that matter most to you\, the future you will help shape and the practical role you can play within that. Not as a fantasy\, not as a distant idea but something real\, thoughtful and possible. The retreat ends with tangible plans\, commitments and a knowing of how your life\, work and world connect to the change you want to create. We will close with a fun time of celebration drinks and food at Cafe Habana in Malibu. \nThe day will be formed around three questions: \n\nWhat is actually happening in the world (truth)\nWhat could be possible for you (vision)\nWhat can you do about it (agency)\n\n\nPursue a calling towards changing cultures and systems\, not just succeeding within them.\nInfluence corporate culture\, equity and inclusion at a deeper level and engage with wider societal issues.\nChallenge existing norms and ask better\, braver questions.\nDevelop your bold points of view\, platform of influence and ability to challenge the status quo.\nDetermine what meaning\, contribution and legacy really is for you and future generations.\nBecome a credible\, resourceful change agent who influences people\, culture and systems over time.\n\nDepartures | Friday 11th December 2026\nBreakfast\, enjoy the grounds or visit the beach or shops. Time to leave thoughtfully\, with way more clarity\, new friends and peace than when you arrived. Leave the retreat by 1pm. \n\nLocation:\nFor more than two decades California has been part of Dr Sam Collins’ life and work.
