I am leading new thinking on CQ (Collective Intelligence) as a new skill set for changemakers.

why i do it
Leading change, standing up for what’s right and standing up for others is what makes me tick. It gives me strength and a clear sense of purpose.
Throughout may life I’ve sought out allies and helped others to find theirs. Because when you find your people, you can change the world – for yourself and everyone else.
Poor leadership and inequality continues to divide us in myriad ways, with far too many people held back by biases based on their gender, ethnicity, race, sexuality or status.
I am determined to empower women to transform how they lead and the difference they make – this is my contribution.

I coach women leaders to empower transformational change in their careers, leadership and to create equality in their organizatios and wider world.
My coaching programs focus on the transformational power of the individual to lead and create change.
In practical terms, this means defining your ambitions, stretching your thinking, new tools and providing you with a safe space to think. And a good dose of cheerleading, accountability and support to help you actually make those ambitions happen in the real world.
