The future needs women. Not as spectators of change, but as architects of it.
We are living through a time of profound transformation. Progress on gender equality cannot be taken for granted. Within business, politics and around the world, women's representation and influence remain uneven and, in some places, is moving backwards. Yet never have our organisations and communities needed more courage, compassion, creativity and collective leadership.
For more than 25 years, I have worked with women across corporations, cultures and countries to help them increase their influence and shape the future. Through speaking, coaching, research, writing and community building, I am on a mission to bring women together globally to create positive change for themselves, their organisations and the world around them. Because the future should not be shaped for women. It should be shaped with us.
