A Personal Letter From Me To You

The Choose Freedom Letter

Every month, I sit down to write a letter.
Not a marketing email. Not a collection of links or promotions.
A real letter.

A place to share the ideas, questions, stories and observations that are shaping my thinking and my work right now.

Over the past three decades, I have had the privilege of working with leaders, entrepreneurs, changemakers and pioneers in more than 80 countries. Again and again, I find myself returning to one fundamental question:

What does freedom really mean and what becomes possible when we choose it?

The Choose Freedom Letter is where I explore that question.

I write about leadership, courage, contribution, personal transformation, meaningful work, women’s lives, social change and the challenges and opportunities of living in a rapidly changing world.

Sometimes I share stories from my own life. Sometimes I write about conversations with remarkable women I have met around the world. Sometimes I share an insight from a podcast recording, a speech, a book I am reading or an event I have attended.

My hope is that each letter leaves you with a new perspective, a meaningful question or an idea that stays with you long after you have finished reading.

Who Is It For?

The Choose Freedom Letter is for women who want to make a difference.

Women who care deeply about their families, communities, organisations and the wider world.

Women who have spent years achieving, contributing and supporting others, yet increasingly find themselves asking bigger questions about purpose, possibility, fulfilment and freedom.

It is for women who want to create change without losing themselves in the process.

And for women who suspect that a different future may be possible, both for themselves and for the world around them.

What You’ll Receive

Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtful, personal letter from me, including:
Most importantly, you’ll receive a moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters most.

Why Freedom?

Over the years, I have come to believe that freedom is one of the most important and least understood ideas in our lives.

Many of us spend years pursuing success, security, achievement and responsibility. We build careers. We care for others. We meet expectations. We solve problems. We keep going. Yet despite everything we accomplish, there can still be a quiet sense that something important is missing.

What I hear from women around the world is rarely a desire for more status or recognition. More often, it is a longing for space to think, permission to be themselves, the ability to make choices aligned with their values, and the confidence to live in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.

Freedom is not simply about having more time or more money, although both can help. It is also about freedom from limiting beliefs, freedom from expectations that no longer serve us, and freedom from the stories we have inherited about who we should be and how we should live.

It is also about having the courage to ask bigger questions. What do I really want? What matters most to me? How do I want to spend the years ahead? What contribution do I want to make? And what am I no longer willing to sacrifice in order to meet someone else’s definition of success?

These are not always easy questions, but they are important ones.

The Choose Freedom Letter is my invitation to explore them together. Not because I have all the answers, but because I believe that when women have the freedom to think, speak, lead and live more fully, extraordinary things become possible for their families, their communities and the wider world.
