What if the most important conversation you have this year is not about your next promotion, your five year plan or your personal brand?
On the evening of 16th October, just 25 women will gather in the beautiful Bedouin tent at the Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in the heart of the City of London for an evening of vision, courage and action.
This is not a conference. It is not a networking event. And it is certainly not another evening of exchanging business cards with people you will never speak to again.
This is a gathering for women who care deeply about the future and are prepared to help shape it.
Together, we will explore one question:
What future are we prepared to stand for?
- The future of business.
- The future of our communities.
- The future of leadership.
- The future of democracy.
- The future of technology and artificial intelligence.
- The future of our environment.
- The future of equality, justice and human dignity.
- The future we will leave to the next generation.
We are looking for women who are already making a difference and want to do more.
Leaders. Managers. Founders. Activists. Researchers. Educators. Creatives. Community builders. Campaigners. Women working in corporations, small business, charities, public service, philanthropy and grassroots movements. Women who are asking not only how they can succeed, but what they are here to contribute.
Throughout the evening, every participant will have the opportunity to share the future she is prepared to stand for, the change she is already helping to create and the support, connections or collaborations that could accelerate her impact.
This is a chance to have your voice heard. To connect with other women who care about the same questions. To discover opportunities for collaboration. To offer support. To ask for help and to leave with new ideas, stronger connections and renewed determination.
Because the future will not be shaped by those who wait for permission. It will be shaped by those who show up for it.

Evening Agenda
6.00pm | Arrivals and Informal Networking
Guests are welcome to arrive from 6.00pm onwards. Please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy during the evening.
6.30pm | Welcome and Introduction
Dr Sam Collins introduces the evening and the central question.
7.00pm | The Call
Each participant is invited to briefly share:
- The future she is prepared to stand for
- The change she is helping to create
- The support, connections or collaborations that could accelerate her impact
8.00pm | Collective Conversations
A facilitated opportunity to offer help, ideas, encouragement and support to eachother.
9.00pm | Commitments and Next Steps
Reflections, new connections and practical actions to take forward beyond the evening.
9.30pm | Close
Group Discounts
Bring your friend, family member or colleague. Book 2 places receive a 10% discount, 3-5 = 15% discount and for 6-10+ people = 20% discount.
Cost
Early bird is £75 plus VAT up to September 15th, 2026 (price is then £95 plus VAT). Cost does not include any food or drinks.
You are warmly invited to bring along your favourite drink or snack to enjoy during the evening. A bottle of wine, sparkling water, chocolate, cake or whatever makes a Friday evening feel like a celebration. Think of it less as a formal event and more as a gathering of really interesting women around a shared conversation.
Access Places
We know that some of the most valuable perspectives come from people whose financial circumstances may make attending events difficult. For that reason, we have set aside several no cost access places. These places are offered not as charity, but because a wider range of voices, experiences and viewpoints benefits everyone in the room. VIP complimentary tickets are available if you work for a women’s charity, women’s community organisation, grassroots group, campaign or advocacy organisation actively involved in supporting the rights, opportunities, wellbeing or freedom of women and girls.
